I have been using this plugin for some time now and find it to be a great addition to my website. It's made it extremely easy to customize my Gwolle Guestbook, and truly works like a charm. Works fine. No date picker, no drop-down list, no radio buttons, limited text box validations. Text lables not very attractive and not easy customization. Translation not intuitive.
